HWAUM LAW Office and Hana Tax Management Corporation(www.taxinkorea.com) signed a MOU(Memorandum of Understanding) for business cooperation between the two parties on Octeber 21, 2019.


The agreement was made in order to provide clients with comprehensive corporate consulting regarding Foreign-Direct Investment.


Each office will collaborate in the future on the following matters of mutual concern:

• Foreign Investor's Company set up in South Korea

• Tax management service for Foreign-Invested Enterprise
